Where can I fit deadlifts into this (probably sldl or might just do real deads)

I'm currently doing the german 10x10, like I pm'd you about, you think it's fine to do regular deads on back day I obviously wont be going super heavy.
ANd the next day do squats?.

I'd probably do the deadlifts on back day, that should be fine.

About GVT 10x10, how would you set up a 6 day split for a medium lifters (255 bench, 405 squat, 375 dl)

day 1 - bench press, incline bench press, db flies OR cable flies, olympic bar curls, seated DB curls

day 2 - deadlifts, lat pulldowns, bent over bb rows, skullcrushers, cable pulldowns

day 3 - military press, db front/lat raises, upright rows , bb shrugs, db shrugs

day 4 - squats, leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises, lunges

10x10 is hard for a 6 day, make sure to get enough nutrition!!!


also you can do abs every other day as necessary.

I wish I could do something for you.

It seems the admins in JSP have deaf ears for things like this.

I contacted a plethora of people who simply did nothing when I explained the trolling situation in the sticky. I was even suspended for 15 minutes as you know...for calling someone an "idiot."

Amazing I know, but it is what it is. I'll forward it over to one of my friends and see what he can do.

400 lb is worthless in my opinion for leg press.

That design for pec flies is actually very good, recreates dumbbell pec flies, it should provide a very good pump

roman chair is one of the best items for abs - PERIOD

I dont like bosu balls, I have no use of that balancing tool - it is more for people trying to improve balance through core work - I prefer to use classic core exercises.
