1,192 cals is too low. Your natural BMR is around 1,600. Add 500 cals of exercise and you are around 2,100 cals burned for the day (give or take).

That means your diet should be around 1,500 per day to see the 8-10 lbs of fat loss in 1 month.

Increase your calories (mostly in the way of protein and fat)

Both are excellent.

However, lat pulldowns allow you to isolate the lats better, whereas pullups allow for a more complete targeting of the back and biceps.

I would really recommend doing both - I can't say that you need to do one or the other.

Honestly this is a topic of very intense debate.

First of all, chunk light is SUPERIOR to albacore when it comes to mercury content. The chunk light is MUCH lower in mercury.

Assuming you are eating Chunk Light - you, as a 200 lb man, can consume approximately 1 can per day safely, as long as you are taking supplemental selenium in your diet.

The main issue here is that selenium binds with mercury and negates most of it being absorbed in your body, especially in the blood which eventually travels to the brain and kidneys causing health problems.

When consuming mercury laden fish, extra selenium is required. I recommend a selenium supplement taking just before any meal consisting of tuna or other mercury laden fish.

No, certain foods are rich in selenium (even fish) lol. However, it is best to get it from a supplement so that you can manage exactly how much to take and also take it just prior to fish ingestion.

5 g a day of creatine in the morning + my preworkout ( around 1g of creatine ) in it , is this enough for loading ? or i should go for 10g a day

Whats up with creatine? from what i hear it sounds amazing u get a lot of muscle/energy to lift and it is dirt cheap but then ppl on these forums make it sound like its gonna kill you or something lol...with pictures saying that it makes u want to cut ur self etc.
ETA: wondering if i should invest in it or not
