SUPPLMENTS: fishoil, l-glutamine, protein shake
Burn 500 calories 5 days a week at gym.
this diet for 32 days will get me too lose 10 lbs? im 5'4 142 lbs atm need to be 132

how many cans of tuna is safe to consistently eat per week? (because of mercury)

The best way is the following:

Drop Sets, breakdowns, double breakdowns, failures, negatives, and assisted reps.
