well thats pretty gay. what causes it and what are symptoms?

It can be a number of things including: certain type of infection, celiac disease (gluten sensitive/allergy), colitis, certain types of cancer, food poisoning, or even gastritis.

edit:

symptoms vary...usually it's just green stool accompanied by mild to severe intestinal distress. other symptoms can include fever, radiating pain in the abdomen, diarrhea, bloating, burping, nausea, etc.

you don't need to have those other symptoms to have one of the above issues.

well i really cant be certain im going to the doctors, thanks for your help

The reason you can be certain is that if it looks like blood (IE: red in color) that means that it has not passed through your digestive tract. If it passes through your digestive system, the blood is BLACK. If it comes off of the anus or directly in the bottom part of the large intestine, it would be red. However the only way to have it red and on the INSIDE of the large intestine if from risky anal sexual practices (usually objects being inserted, anal stretching, and so forth). I am sure that is not the case with you, and thus it is most likely anal fissures. That is basically micro-tears on your anus which bleed when you have a bowel movement or wipe with coarse paper. It's a very common problem and gets worse if you keep using the same paper and don't use stool softeners.

the reason for that is microfissures - please do not comment or offer advice in the thread.

Single food? Or meal?

Single food...there really isnt a good source except for some protein shakes.

The reason for this is that most good protein sources are 0 carb (eggs/poultry/beef/pork/fish/etc)

As far as meal goes....

Brown Rice + Chicken + Black beans w/ a little olive oil

I'm unclear about the distinction between mass and volume. you're always careful to differentiate muscle mass vs muscle volume, so i'm certain there's a difference. here's my understanding so far:

5x5 builds strength, minimal mass
hypertrophy builds mass, some strength
dropsets builds volume, minimal mass/strength

when i think volume, i think it takes up more space. when i think mass, i think bigger. i'm not sure what the difference is exactly. does one burn more calories in your idle state? how do they alter your appearance? perhaps you can think of (in)famous people who went all out on one but not the other so i can see the difference?

intuitively, i'm picturing it like this: your muscle is a ball of clay. mass is the clay itself. volume is stretching the clay ball to appear larger. but eventually, you run out of clay so you can't stretch it any more. you have to add more clay to the ball before you can stretch it more. hence cycling between bulk/cut to first increase mass then increase volume for the new mass gained. once volume is maximized, it's time to gain new mass to repeat the process

if i'm completely wrong, do tell :)
