that's very unusual...are you taking any medications, drugs, or eating anything different lately?

Ice, rest, ibuprofen. Make sure to keep the shoulders properly stretched and mobile, but don't overwork them.

Thanks again.

Also, do you happen to know the difference between a strained and a torn rotator cuff? would a tear mean limited range of motion? I'm a bit paranoid, I really hope it will heal asap.

Currently I can have full range of motion, I just feel a tenderness and weakness at certain areas.

That is extremely worrisome...are you sure it's in the stool itself? If not, it could be from wiping with excessively coarse toilet paper and thus encouraging small cuts to the anus or any hemorrhoids that you have. If you do have hemmorhoids, you will need to use topical creme such as preparation H, switch to baby wipes instead of toilet paper, and also consider using stool softener (over the counter at any drug store).

If there are no hemmorhoids and no bleeding of the anus directly, you might have a SERIOUS medical condition and should seek medical attention IMMEDIATELY. (emergency room or doctor asap)

im not too sure, its bloody on the tissue it could be the reason you suggested, im going to the doctors this week to see whats going on, how would i know if i have hemorrhoids?

assuming you aren't consuming anything with green food color and your diet is about the same...it sounds like you might have an infection of the large intestine causing rapid colonic transit.

See a doctor immediately.

ohhh...if you only see blood on the TP that means its your anus or hemorrhoids directly.

Use baby wipes instead, take stool softener, and make sure to drink enough water and DONT STRAIN when having a bowel movement.

if it's torn, you would know it. The pain is pretty legendary with any shoulder movement.

a sprain is more of a nagging pain that tends to get sharp when weight is involved and pushing movement occur.

I am sure if you had a tear you would know it by the pure lack of mobility and very difficult pain.
