In regards to creatine, from what I've been told taking creatine actually doesn't do much unless you produce sufficient amounts of creatine kinase to actually convert the creatine? Anyone have any input on this.

would like some feed back on this any one?

Creatine is dependant on person, you have to take some to know if it works for you or not, it depends on your diet too as there's tons of creatine in deer, moose, game meets along with tuna, salmon, etc.

I personally, take in creatine fine right now as I'm not eating much fish.

Omega caps help absorb the creatine too.

creatine is good to gain some strenght and you need to cycle it but honestly once u stop cycling and using it u lose some of the gains.

But nobody should put anything in their body without weighing the benefits and risks first. That goes for everything from beer to marshmallows to the amazing amino acid called creatine.

Creatine—typically bought in flavored powders and mixed with liquid—increases the body's ability to produce energy rapidly. With more energy, you can train harder and more often, producing faster results.

It's as simple as this: "If you can lift one or two more reps or 5 more pounds, your muscles will get bigger and stronger," says Chad Kerksick, Ph.D., assistant professor of exercise physiology at the University of Oklahoma.

basically gives you more energy to exercise and makes it so you can exercise longer and have strenght gains also.

thats how ive read about it im no expert but that sums it up
