most of my clients don't have the time to weight and measure every little thing and track calories. thats not even natural and its not sustainable. i'm done arguing about this.

you are dumb af. it goes to show you how messed up the industry is, when people like you are allowed to coach people.

these people have zero interest in health and general well-being

no amount of hard facts can influence indoctrinated ignorance. waste of effort man.

as someone who's also spent a lot of time studying nutrition, this subforum is NOT a good place for an educated person to try and discuss anything. (there are really great places for that! this will never be one of them)

at some point you realize, damn i'm trying to discuss something with a degenerate who calls himself noob_whacker and types "u" and "ur". who begs on his hands and knees for facts/science/data, and once supplied, cherrypicks a word or sentence and then relies on ad hominem. lol, come on. refer to quote above.

also QUIT ACTING LIKE SUCH A SHITHEAD

there are plenty of reasons why and i listed all of them in my original post. environment (toxic run off from factory farms, methane, deforestation, soil depletion, world hungry), health, animal suffering.

i lost weight yes when i started exercising but i NEVER ate real food and i would eat roughly 2000 cals and became very over weight in high school, i was on cocktails of different meds growing up. got off meds at 17, lost weight by age 19, got cut up by age 21, now age 25 i used to get sick 2-3 years ago, colds, fever, head aches. since goin vegan have't even gotten the sniffles.

i understand cals in vs cals out does it work for some people? absolutely, does it work for everyone? NO. i made this post to share my experience and my observations. not to google studies. i have a job and i help motivate people like you on a daily basis. i don;t have time. i came on here to share my life experiences for you to learn, but i see this place has not changed.

you guys just dissmiss everything i posted because you don't agree with it. flame, personal attacks, hate, demanding studies to prove common fucking sense. get a grip look around you. if you don't believe me try out my OP and do my fucking challenge see what happens. try rawtill4 summer is comming plenty of fruits.

i know its hard to try and deconstruct your entire little delusional world all at once but youre going to have to if you want to join society man. you cant keep lying to your clients every day. calories in vs out is based on a fundamental law of physics (thermo specifically), much like gravity or conservation of momentum. you and so many other uneducated folk always do this, you correlate one event (losing weight) with another (eating organic foods) because they occur in somewhat chronological order but there are so many other factors that YOU listed (meds, exercise, emotional stability) that also influence your weight and health. the entire foundation of science is that you cannot base conclusions on observations in this way. one anecdote is NEVER evidence for ANYTHING.

what he's saying is taking the time and effort measuring/weighing/calculating will not work for some people

it's an obvious deduction to make

but, as per usual hnf, without spelling out the obvious, people will assume zebras instead of horses.

you dont have to do that shit. spend an hour on sunday and calculate the caloric value of a set of 4 or 5 different meals, and just always make those meals the exact same way. 1 cup rice, 450 gram raw chicken, x vegetables, y drink. caloric values dont change

you're right about that. that's what i do, meal prep for a week. in fact headed to costco now to pick up some of that smoked whiting OOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

in that case though, eating the same boring shit may not work for some people. people have weird/crazy/busy lives and can just be plain stubborn. so many simple factors that could contribute to measuring calories not working for some.

imagine asking all hnf users to be open-minded and enlightened. oh, it's easy, pick up a book and stop being such a fuckface! just won't work for some. regardless, our friend barnabyjones never said either thermodynamics or calories were a sham. that shit's crazy.

Well you said that it doesn't always work but now you're saying it won't work because they don't actually track what they eat. I don't get what you mean by it's not natural or sustainable. It isn't even difficult to do or very time consuming.

sustainable is a common word with vegans. they like to use in even when its not appropriate lol. for instance here.

its clear that barnaby and wretch are both closed minded to their way of thinking. its just common with this type of people. like cloud said, "i know its hard to try and deconstruct your entire little delusional world all at once "
