Been a month and a bit since I've posted this and it looks like the same song and dance bro.

Stop "buying" shit and just start working. I don't care if you start a walking log for fucks sake but do something.

No offense man i know injuries suck but you do need to start doing something. There are plenty of things you can do with a bad back, i just googled it and a lot of shit came up. Sometimes you just have to man up and fight through to pain. Its not supposed to be easy.

to be fair to him you don't know the amount of pain he is in, if it's severe then fighting through the pain is terrible advice, he could get really hurt

but joe should only update this thread if he has done some training or else it is technically spam...

Yes ive done acupuncture physical therapy. Chiros. Osteopathes.

Pain pills just make me sleep not exactly what i want

Post more when rested

I dont think those are viable as physical therapy.... those are just surface reliefs. Go get an actual physical therapist and go for a few weeks, memorize the exercises she gives you and do them religiously. I haven't read the entire thread so I dont know if you've had surgery or not...but if you are in this much constant pain maybe consider surgery.

My experience comes from living through severe back pain for 6mo-1year doing random bullshit like chiros and guess work physical therapy and having it do nothing. Just get an MRI and get an orthopedic surgeons opinion on what you should be doing. I had my surgery several years ago and I live every day painfree and do everything I want to from sports to lifting to running.

Stop updating this with fuking excuses, this isn't a diary.

You haven't worked out once. You're just an average old lazy person who sees a bowflex buys it, gets her kid and her friend to help her move it up to the living room then never fucking uses it.
