im 190 so thats 133 lbs i just did 135 for 50 a few days ago... think i could get a few more but i dont have anyone to take a video

ya but idk how to take a video of myself on a bench press, just put it on the floor?

Hopefully I'll get a video this Saturday.

Not sure if I should do normal bench routine first then attempt or just knock it out after warm up.

Do it AS a warm up.

Basically enter the gym, put the plates on, turn the camera on and go.

Then give H&F a crotch shot.

Didn't record it but just banged out about 60 reps of 115

I'll video it next time and do it while I'm fresh instead of at the end of my workout

Figure I should be able to get 70-80
