Also did 85dbs x10 flat bench. Just starter db, so that's my best so far.

got 405x5 raw to parallel on squats today
regularly do 315x10-12 on bench on chest days
don't do deadlifts anymore due to LBI but ive been repping 285 on barbell rows x 10 and 5 45s on tbar for 10

also a recent nice pr was 120lb db's x 12 on incline bench

im at 220lbs 6ft and ~12% bf now

Did 90sx8 today NP at all. Gonna keep climbing that db ladder until I'm doing x5, hopefully it's 100s

405 conventional Deadlift, feels good to pull 4 plates. Form got sloppy mid lift, got some tweaking to do.

40lb pr conventional
