I don't pay. I'm going for my lvl 1 course in july and we agreed if i help out a bit i don't gotta pay which i'm fine with since im there so much anyway lol. When i go to SAITfor my olympic lifting course (I can't get my actual certificate because i need to, within 1 year train someone and have him compete and place relatively well for me to get it. Which im not doing..) in winter he wants me to help do some classes but i dunno if im up for it..

Granted it's a fairly small gym in a fairly small town. 11,000 people or so. He has about 130+ casual members and about 170+ total?.. He wants me to try for regionals next year so hes more my training partner than anything.
Most people only go 2-3 times a week anyway cause a lot of the workouts are brutal, but i'm used to a high volume workload so going 10+ times a week is fine for me and he encourages it since there's only a select few so far that can keep up.
Price for a month or a punch it pass is 157$.

Just did some front squats and back squats. Am bagged and tired and sore but it felt good lifting heavy again after like.. a 5 month hiatus.

Front squats
Just worked up to a 1mr.

245x1 (stopped here for today.)

335x2 ( Stopped here, felt good though. Been a while since i have squated more than 225)

Worked out with a guy name Joe, il get a picture with him soon. 405 front squats for reps. Dude's like 6'3, 240 pounds. He's scary.

If i can workout, i do. I work for CN as an engineer. I have a 1 day on, 1 day off type of schedule with a 6 figure income. I lift as much as i can on days that i can, since every other day i don't get to at all.

If it's a 3 a day type thing, which it rarely is, il try and do 2 cardio vascular workouts with some light to moderate technical lifts, and then 1 moderate to heavy lift with some of the big 3 and then Squat form/snatch, OHP etc etc..

And i guess the short answer is " To get in better shape..."

This sucked. I had no energy for this, this morning and shit the bed.
5 movements, 1 minute each for 3 rounds. 1 minute rest in between rounds

3rounds
1min Box jumps 20'
1min Shoulder to over head 1minute @ 75pounds
1min Row for calories
1min Wallballs @ 20lbs 10ft target
1min Sumo deadlift hang pull's

Got 209. So disappointed in myself. Could not catch my breath at all. Plus heavy squats last night didn't help.

Did FGB for the first time 2 weeks ago and got 229. After Fran, this is my most hated.

I was almost depressed at how crumby i did. Definitely giving this ago when i'm back to 100%. Also my lifters came in today. So stoked :)

Gz, they help a lot for lifts ofc.

I'm actually in the same bot as yu, ill be taking my level 1 shortly, but in my case ill actually be coaching in the mornings for extra income and a Free membership

No one showed up this morning so i just rowed 5000m with Kevin. Time was like 22:something.
I kept stopping cause my balls were getting squished constantly so had to keep moving them out of the way haha.. Need better boxers for this shit

Always have this issue... Thinking of getting compression shorts just for that reason lol
