Just trying to add some back volume since I'll be bench pressing 4 times per week. I don't want to end up with injuries. I've also upped my rotator cuff work.

what're you training for mainly. gymnastics? powerlifting? or just to look good lol?

yes right now obvious but what about off season? or before even you started to power lift

I've been lifting for almost 2 years now so nothing too fancy. I did 5/3/1 ''boring but big'' template off season. Before that I trained for gymnastic with bw training.

Bw: 162.4 Weight goal accomplished!!

Both squat and dead suffered from my foot injury. Still hit 420 dead and 355 squat in the last 5 days. Also bench pressed 10x3 with 236 lb. (paused rep ofc)
