I'm not deciphering it.
@Morholt,
I don't even know what lean calories are, haha.
As for clean, I still don't believe in "clean" calories. The way people generally determine if a calorie is "clean" or not is if it is accompanied by micronutrients. A calorie is still, essentially, a calorie. I didn't mention macronutrient breakdowns because that's a separate thing that should be quite obvious. I may have worded it a bit ambiguously, but what I mean by excess was that once you've reached your protein intake (which shouldn't be 440g), you then fill your fat, then fill the rest with whatever you need. You made it sound like you're on a somewhat strict budget, so filling it with protein doesn't seem to be the most efficient thing to do.
As for body types, that's just nonsense. Body types simply don't exist, and if they do, it's to a VERY minor extent.
As for iron supplements, I still don't see why you would be taking those, especially since you're consuming 3-4lbs of meat per day.
I'm not trying to get you to change anything, obviously, because what you do works for you (though I don't agree with pretty much any of it), but there's going to be a whole bunch of Morholt followers (everybody on JSP) trying to jump up and copy exactly what you do because they think it's the right way.
Lean calories would refer to just eating lean sources of protein (turkey).
I mean clean calories as in not bleached sources of carbs. No trans fats. No stupid collagen whey protein, like you see in a lot of products these days. Avoiding soy (inb4debateonthis).
I'm not on a mega tight budget, but I attempt to keep it reasonable. I'm going to work my diet around eating foods that I like and foods that make my body feel better vs. others (as I said before--I eat according to and in response to my body; some times I will be only craving meats, some times I will be craving wheat stuff).
Why do most peoples' diets fail? Cause they get sick of eating the stuff they don't want to be eating. It mentally rapes them.
Why does my diet work for me? Cause I'm eating the things I want to be eating. The brain releases serotonin and other good S*** as a reward for doing the right things. My diet is much like sex. Winning.
What works for me works for me, and may kill the next person.
Heck, my daily protein caloric intake > a GSXR cut day caloric intake.

I've never told anyone in here to do what I do. I just posted a picture of my pills, listed the powders I use, and said the amount of meat I eat.
When people PM me to ask what I do, what I eat, etc. I tell them it's not for them.
Iron cause I want dat der turbo blood.
Or I had part of my intestine cut out.
Whichever.
Body types do exist, but I'm not getting into it. I don't care at this point.
Quick csb, since my weight was asked:
I hate my gym's scales...checked them today randomly, in the middle of my workout.
Scale A: 192 lbs
Scale B: 216.5 lbs
So reliable...
