Blue no one takes you seriously because you're on keto and still fat, you have horrible lifts for 6months of working out. You constantly post "credible" sources from googling things, you can find support for literally any argument on google. Also, has it ever occured to you that people thousands of years ago went into ketosis as a defense mechanism to stay alive because they couldnt have access to carbs year round and would die if they didnt go into ketosis? Stop making yourself look like a damned fool and maybe you could contribute something useful to the forum.

Edit: And one more thought, you also know nothing about running or sprinting, it's actually painful to see the stupid comments you make about it.

Actually everyone uses fat as a main fuel source.
The only reason you burn carbs over fats is because your body trys to burn all the carbs first to then get back into a stage where it can burn fats.

The average keto users can eat up to 100g of carbs a day and still stay in keto.

No. Fat is not generally, nor meant to be the main fuel source. The body rarely utilizes fat in nature (thats why most diet to lose fat through the concept of a calorie deficit)

Yes the body does use carbs as a main fuel source, as I clearly stated in my original argument.
