Because at the end when you get tired, you're still not going to have 100% perfect form.
And if you keep doing 315, you aren't going to get stronger, which is what I want.

I'd be more worried about the joints/tendons/ligaments, not the bones. ;)

He's lifting for strength, not max amount of reps. Use your damn brain.

You are not stronge when you are rolling your frame like that. Lower the weight and do the squat correctly.

What's wrong with constructive criticism?

Remember when you posted your DL video and your form was horrible b/c you did your 1 rep max?
Same thing applies here.
Rep 1 was not "bad" it got "worse" as I got more and more tired.
