6 tea spoons of Soya Sauce
Onions cut in small peices (put as much as you want)
Pepper (as much as you want)
75 ml of rice vinegar
Natty or regular Peanut Butter (enough to reach the proper consistency or desired taste)

Cook at mild heat until you get a homogenic sauce.


This is for a peanut butter sauce that you can use either for rice, chicken, pasta, etc. Tons of protein!

and no crunchy peanuts?
do you filter out the onions?

Sweet Potatoes FRIES ( They are yellowish)

Peel Them, Dice them up into fries

Add cut up pieces of butter on top of each fry

Seasoning Lightly With Pepper and Seasoning Salt

Enjoy Plain or with Ketchup

Bake 350 about 25 min

No you keep the onions in, and crunchy peanut butter would be kinda wierd. I usually go with chewy peanut butter.

wouldnt it be best to rub with olive oil and add salt and then bake?
