Pretty sure that is incorrect
I believe so long as you intend to/are going through gender reassignment (which is not exclusively surgery), you have the right to legally be considered the other gender.
Guess I'll post a pic since I'm here lulz, haven't made much progress though. ~ 210 lbs

Depends what part of the world you are from, where he is from it can be needed, if not it has to go to court and be issued that way if they see fit.Majority speaking in the US you are incorrect.

No, I mean in an attempt to offend me due to the fact that I'm a transgender female and OBVIOUSLY prefer to be recognized as a female.
Angelo used to refer to me as a girl until I told him I didn't like him on tinychat one night.
He's exactly right though- it is a way to be polite, and he's trying to be offensive so carry on with your attempts. ♥
I referred to you with a certain level of respect to one day you had a fit over me saying it is retarded to purge. From that point on I have called you as it is seen fit by most people, this is not a statement of offensiveness or not more the fact I don't feel you have done anything to deserve a certain level of politeness

.
Regardless I am done trying to explain this as you obviously can not understand this concept.
