Hey raynor

was just wonderin about this problem ive had

for the past 2 days , my left eye has been twitching, its kinda annoying

do u have any idea what it could be?

It could be quite a few things. Please tell me your current diet and supplements, number of hours of sleep per night, as well as anything else you've done differently in the last 3-5 days.

Haha very sorry for the vagueness. Was trying to write this in a rush :)

Basically there is no pain that is constant, it is only when I fully extend my right arm.
(When I extend upwards in a typical shoulder press motion) Does the pain actually start. It seems to be more a soreness then a throbbing, possibly a stretch issue...

Continue regular workouts as usual, however skip shoulder day for 1 week.

Ice the area 3-4 times a day for 15 minutes each time.

Keep the shoulder mildly stretched, just enough to maintain mobility.

If the pain gets worse, post/pm me.

Hi Raynor,

I need some diet advice, current stats are:
6'0"
180 lbs
unsure of bodyfat percentage, but i'd guess around 15% or so.

I'm unsure of how exactly to measure my carb intake, I'd like to weigh around 200lbs or so while being in shape.

Currently, my meals are mostly like this:
1. Morning -> 4 eggs, cup of coffee
2. 11:00 -> Pro Complex Gainer shake (60g protein, 85 g carbs(5g of dietary fiber), 650 calories)
3. Pre-workout -> 3 eggs and 1 cup of white rice
4. Post workout -> 1 tuna steak and 1 cup of white rice (sometimes another pro complex gainer shake)
5. Dinner ->1 tuna steak (nothing else, i'm usually so extremely full still that this is all i can handle)

That's about what I do every day.

Looking to ditch the white rice for something else, and looking for a better way to have breakfast.

Thanks for any help/advice, if you need other info such as workout splits please let me know :)

e/ also take a multivitamin and omega fish oil pill daily

Wow you're a douche lmao. Resorting to name calling, classy.

6 months....no...6 months of experience with intermittent fasting. Not 6 months experience with lifting/nutrition.

The rest of your post is irony at its finest.

Lets see the ban hammer. If you're going to cry to mods because someone is challenging you on an issue, then so be it. You won't get much lower than that.

Garbage is generally pretty useless so....yeah...you pretty much said it was useless.

Another funny comparison is that one mans garbage is another mans treasure.

Also would like to go back to this, glycogen stores will not be depleted in 16 hours. You will not be breaking into muscle stores for days...especially on a program like lean gains.

Everything you just said.

Meaningless.

There is not one single care on this thread. You obviously lack a brain to continue arguing with me.

I have said this too many times, posting in this sticky and trying to argue is against the rules...PERIOD.

This is not the place to have a "debate" or for you to attempt to try and sway others as to your beliefs.

You are proving more and more about how increasingly stupid you come across to continue beating the dead horse.

This sticky is for QUESTIONS only to be answered by myself and 7ds. There is NO room for comments, suggestions, debates, arguments, flaming, or even cross-conversations between members. If you want to do that, go create a new thread, PM someone, or go cry to your parents about it.

You were warned plenty of times. Now you will just be ignored and ultimately removed.

Thank you for playing.

Edit:

Oh yeah and if you do care about your IF so much, please do yourself a favor and go create your own thread...or better yet, how about your own forum. Yes that would do nicely.

ENOUGH.

This sticky is for myself and 7ds to answer questions.

That is it.

There is no discussions here about IF, or anyone who will challenge our advice. If you don't like it, take yourselves somewhere else.

Go get yourself a B.A. in nutrition, and M.D., multiple training certs, some reputable lifts and achievements, and about 12 more years of experience and we'll talk.

I have previously humored the IF cults on here with plenty of scientific reasoning as to why IF is inferior to standard bulking/cutting, and was met with typical "lmao" replies and general trolling.

You idiots don't realize how zealous you are over this fasting fad BS.

The reason you used to be so damn fat when you lifted is because you have no self-control and no basic knowledge of how to diet. You also probably have no idea how to structure a proper routine to maximize gains and minimize fat loss. The reason you aren't hungry now is because when fasting your body goes into starvation mode and stops feeling hunger. This is a defense mechanism typical of our bodies for survival.

I never said IF was completely useless, but compared to standard bulking/cut with keto on cut and clean dieting on a bulk, IF does not come close.

As previously stated, there will be NO MORE DISCUSSION of this here. This is the FINAL WARNING. Anyone else coming up to challenge my expertise openly in the sticky will be removed.

Thank you for your cooperation.

I find this interesting. If you knew my views, you wouldn't call me an idiot. I'm more open-minded than you are. In fact, I stress that it comes down to preference more than anything. By the way, a degree in nutrition doesn't mean you know anything, hahaha. I guess that's why some of your beliefs are so dated, but hey, whatever.

*Sigh*

Hey Raynor I need your advice,

I'm debating with somebody over glycogen storage, he thinks the general mechanisms of IF are for you to totally deplete your glycogen stores so your body will run off of muscle (broken down peptides) and fat. I know it can take as long as 4-5 days for a person to completely deplete their glycogen even on a 0 carb diet without any exercise, and as long as 1+ hour with INTENSE exercise. He's saying IF is garbage because somehow your body is going to break into muscle at an extraordinary rate...even though some form of protein or bcaas is advocated pre-workout on this particular plan.

I've never insulted him personally, yet he grows increasingly angry with each post and resorts to personal attacks on multiple users.

Who is right? And why?

Yours forever,

Ryan

It's quite possible you have a vitamin deficiency....resume the multi asap and see if that helps.

Furthermore, it could be a nerve condition, stress, or eye strain. Try to rest your eyes from the computer/television/phone for a while and just cover them with a warm damp cloth and close them (maybe 15 minutes) and see if that helps.

If the problem gets worse or persists for more than another 2 days, please see a doctor.

Theres an extra "e" in eeebay. But I fixed it.

Anyway, I don't buy supps off eeebay, proceed with caution.

Glutalyn is buffered glutamine, used mostly in recovery
Beta A is a pre-workout supp mostly for energy and vasodialation

Ok thanks, also I think it's jsp that doesn't let you post eebay links lol I notice it's done it in your post too :p guess I'll just be careful if I do decide to order them off there.
