It's not whether he wants to be my height or not...it's which physique he would prefer in terms of aestectics

I'm not hating on oak but I gotta say I prefer my symmetrical abs over his along with my thicker chest...no doubt he has an amazing body I just feel like if he had my proportions/size on his frame that he'd be much more aestectic

Once I have time to start training the way I want to and I actually count macros then I guarantee I will have a much better physique than I have now

Gotta remember oaks been working out for hypertrophy and bodybuilding while I've been working out for strength and wrestling...makes a big difference imo

im just saying i think height and legs are a big factor in aesthetics. not just what your chest and abs look like

Height does not matter jesus, as long as your not a manlet (5'5 or under imo) it doesn't fucking matter

my pics are on here, im not that fat probly like 16-20 bm and im 5'11 1/2i, i can lose 10lbs in 1 3 hour practice if i desire. water wiehgt none the less but i can school anyone here on cutting weight. even fat. thing is though with ppl like me we prefer to walk around at a comforatable weight when im not preparing for a match or anything.
