oak is stronker, but asthetically looking, alpha is more cut up. why do ppl argue this fact.

if you wanna kick someones ass lifting isnt the best way to do it.
no other reason to do it other than to have a cut up body,
just cause someones bigger doesnt mean their either stronger or better at fighting

if you do wanna kick some ass your gonna need hella cardio and flexibility and explosivness. and a sharp mind
