Raynor,

Weight lifting chains: Useful for both strength training and mass/rep training?

Leg press/Hack Squat, this has a 700lb limit including the person, do you think it's too lightweight for a home gym setting? (warning, if your sound is turned up, this plays music): http://www.greatlifefitness.com/product%5Finfo.php?cPath=38%5F60&products%5Fid=49

The lifting chains are great.

that sled is no good because it's compact, go with the full sized one if u can.

If you really want to get rid of them, shea butter.

If you really want to be a pure alpha male...let them grow in big so that when women ask you why you have stretch marks, you can flex and watch them faint at the sight your alpha excellence.

lol sorry I had to throw that one in there. But seriously, just enjoy the stretch marks, if not, shea butter 3-4 times a day.

i dont like them i'll try shea butter thanks :P

I believe I have pulled a tendon in my shoulder, I have done proper rest although still sore at times, I am going to train light shoulders this week and see how that goes, I took the last 2 weeks off on shoulder days. I don't feel any pain just tightness and possible inflammed tendon near the middle felt, or possible a pulled muscle? I only feel the tension when i raise my arm up above shoulder level. Thoughts? Thanks in advance

Getting ready to use it, it says take 1-2 caps int he morning and 1-2 again immediately prior to workout, well, what if i workout in the morning? Do i just take 1-2 before the workout and call it none better? or should i take 1-2 more after my workout.

Hey,

Well the point is that I have great problems with the leg press where you push the weight up, instead of the horizontal version. I seem to be making no progress and the position you have to get in feels so uncomfortable that I don't feel like it will improve either. (I'm tall, which may be a reason for this). But now I've just switched back to the horizontal leg press machine for a while because of this lack of progress and the uncomfortable use of the machine, but I've been able to use the maximum weight on this old machine for quite some time so it's no solution to the problem or an alternative.

Any tips?

Thanks! :)

ASSISTED dips? Or WEIGHTED Dips?

Assisted dips are where you are being assisted with each dip using a counter weight (this is in the form of a machine or spotter)

Weighted dips are using a belt with a chain and added weight plate.

If you want weighted - please just go to amazon.com

Could be a few things. Unfortunately taking shoulder days off ONLY is not going to help it recover. ANY pushing exercise will continue to inflame the shoulder. You need to be icing it and perhaps taking at least several days off with total rest. You may have a pull, tear, sprain, or strain. Most likely a pull because of the duration.
