Although I do agree Alpha looks more aesthetic in pictures but I think it would be different story irl
about same bf % but my arms are 2" bigger

Might be easier to 'fill' a shorter physique but it still doesn't take away from the amount of weight I lift and how aestectic my body looks

Being ripped is harder than you think considering a pound of fat really shows on my body because I'm shorter

Oak and I have both put in hard work to obtain the physiques we have and we both have a lot of work to still do

Post the pics you find most aestectic of each nd let hnf decide
