Im taking optimum nutrition whey protein isolate right now. i've found that i like the myofusion a lot better flavour-wise, but it's a mix of proteins instead of pure whey. is that ok for my protein shakes?

i eat meat once a day (alternating chicken/beef/tuna), eggs once a day, then depend on shakes for the protein in the other 4 meals

I have a really bad acne problem and before I follow that acne guide I want to do a detox first. Will it be beneficial and how so? And do you have a detox link?

Hey Raynor,

Lately been training kickboxing/mma.

This along with work, responsibilities and my gf have really really cut my gym time down.

So lately I have been just doing 1 of everything when I go (2-3 times a week at most)

Ex-

4x10 Bench
4x10 Squats
4x10 Deadlifts
4x10 Olympic Curl
4x10 Shoulder Press
4x10 Dips
4x10 Ab Exercise

Will this help me maintain enough?

I usually go a little while after my 2 hour kickboxing/mma class. So I am definitely not at full strength at the gym

If this won't work any advice?

I have a few questions because i'm very new to dieting.

Are calories and calories from fat different? What i mean is if you have 200 calories and 50 calories from fat, does that mean there's 250 calories or 150 regular calories and 50 fat calories?

And when you say 70% calories from fat and 30% calories from protein does that mean out of 2,200 calories roughly 1500 of them should come from my fatty foods and 700 should come from my protein foods?

Also, does full fat cheese say full fat cheese on it?

Can't edit my post anymore. The calf raise machine at my work gym is putting bright red lines for 1-2 days on my shoulder despite the pads. i'm not sure if they're bruises or something else. What can I do for compensation? A few ideas:

1. do nonweighted calf raises to higher reps
2. put a towel/shirt on my shoulder for extra padding
3. hold dumbells in each arm instead of using the machine
4. man up, they're just lines

i am starting to get stretch marks on my biceps

i have heard it is best to stop them while they are new

what would you suggest to get rid of them

when i google this i get a lot of mixed answers
