Im taking optimum nutrition whey protein isolate right now. i've found that i like the myofusion a lot better flavour-wise, but it's a mix of proteins instead of pure whey. is that ok for my protein shakes?
i eat meat once a day (alternating chicken/beef/tuna), eggs once a day, then depend on shakes for the protein in the other 4 meals
