I would say the activity level would be mild. Gym 4-5 times a weeks for a hour or so would be the only physically straining activity on the agenda.
She needs approximately 1,400 cals a day.
Try to get her to have a 40/20/20 (40% protein, 20% carbs, 20% fats)
A sample diet would be:
Meal 1 - 2 whole eggs + 2 egg whites + 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal (cook it) + handful of berries
Meal 2 - 1 can of tuna + mayo/mustard to taste + chopped veggies + 1 slice whole grain bread
Meal 3 - 1 apple + 1 tbsp peanut butter + 2 oz of 2% cheese
Meal 4 - 4 oz chicken breast + 1 large green salad w/ olive oil + vinegar
Meal 5 - 4 oz chicken/lean beef or 6oz fish + 1/2 cup black beans + 1 cup broccoli or green peppers
Meal 6 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese or plain greek yogurt w/ cinnamon to taste + handful of almonds
