what's wrong with doing a different exercise rather than weightlifting?
The point is:
A girl who doesn't eat like a whale and jogs once a month is NOT a fit girl.
A fit girl is some one lifts weights in the gym like any guy would
OR
does another kind of physically athletic sport i.e. sprinting, track/field, jumps, boxing, etc..
