neither of those are absurd
the protein is just a bit over 1.5g/lb.. which is not even close to extreme. Even 2g/lb wouldn't be extreme

the cals are only around 600-700 over my maintenance with plus doing some cardio makes it much less

Nah lol I've slowly upped it as my appetite kept growing
it's hard to even just eat at this lol
I started at only like +250 for awhile and kept slowly upping it
I cut a couple months ago or something just for like 3-4 weeks or something just to keep my weight under control a bit then went back to bulkin'
