I do fit it in
eating like 4200 cals a day, 400-450 g a protein.. it's pretty easy to fit in.

I remember balla told me he was going to cut for a few months to prove that he has abs. I have yet to see these said pictures

tis bulk season
am starting to do abs at least once a week though.. heavy decline situps nahmean

Im thinking I ate too much carbs , and not enough protein
