4 day upper/lower split for maintenance and moderation

Use that as the workout routine for him...in addition have him do 20-30 minutes of cardio PWO.

For cardio, have him sustain approximately a 150 bpm heart rate. He can do eliptical/bike/treadmill.

As far as diet goes, have him follow this if possible:

I personally do not use weighted vests, and I don't usually train people to wear them either.

However, check this out:

Thanks. I'll look at the reviews on some of them and see how they compare to each other.

I recommend SciFit Kre Alkalyn 1500. I am not sure about American EFX...you'd have to research it and see what you find. Off the top of my head I'd assume it's okay - but there is really no way for me to know.

A good amount can be derived from the creatine. Somewhere in the area of 20%. Creatine is a very beneficial supplement, I've used it for years and have always appreciated the effects.

Kre Akalyn (assuming you are not taking the liquid kind) is exceptional.

Hey Raynor, I'm 3atsarr0ws buddy, the one who wants to start bodybuilding.

I'm already currently bulked up so i would like to start cutting right now, i was

wondering if you could tell me certain food that are good for the diet you recommended me.

And i'm kind of confused on the super sets with the workout you gave me, i do my regular ''lift''

then take the middle/heavy weight i used for that and use it to burn out?

thanks.
