just putting this out there...we haven't seen a pic of Chris in forever, and he's in contest prep mode, next pic we see of him he is going to be shredded.

I would never do it personally but, it naturally adds strength to your legs. Every step, every squat you're moving that much more weight.

I agree with this. My calves have always been huge and I've always been fat. Now that I'm less fat, they're just sexay.

I don't know about Balla, but I have an extremely hard time at keeping things balanced. I like to cut hard and bulk too fast. It's like when I cut I want to cut quickly and when I bulk I just can't stand to sit there and count shit out to save a few extra lbs of fat :lol:
