Do you have any suggestions on what weighted vests are best(Multi-purpose)? A friend of mine says he uses a hyper vest or something like that but it's low in weight, like 10 or so pounds only. Looking for heavier ones. :(

just having a bit of a read and noticed this

water is a good start, but also make sure you are eating fruits and stuff, getting high fibre.. it 'should' help your stomach clear up - try not to overload on iron, it can bind your stomach up quite badly

if none of all that works, yes, see a doctor :)

Hey Raynor,

So I recently purchased some low carb tortillas and they have a net carb amount of 6g; however, the total carb amount is 18 grams. My diet asks me to eat roughly 100g of carbs a day so would I add the net carb amount into my spreadsheet or my total carb amount?

His main priority is to lose weight...

keep the ice away, and try heat and see how that makes it feel. if there is no swelling and no pain if you apply pressure I'm fairly sure there is also not a sufficient amount of inflammation to warrant vigorous icing.

Resting it would be the best idea for now...but try to manually stretch the hand/fingers periodically.

I personally do not use weighted vests, and I don't usually train people to wear them either.

Please disregard RICHO69's comments - do NOT start eating a lot of fiber. If you are suffering from a stomach virus or bacterial infection, this can make things MUCH worse. Assuming you are not constipated, there is no need to increase fiber intake at this point.

The carbs to total out in ANYTHING you eat is..."carbohydrates" minus "fiber". Example...if total carbs is 18, and the fiber is 5, that means your total carbs is 13 (regardless of what the "net carbs" says.

Please provide me his height/weight/medical conditions.

Also please provide for me if he has a gym and if so, is it a full equipment gym, home gym, etc.
