ok ty :) would u say 30-45 mins pre workout?

last time i took creatine i would sweat an excess amount even while just sitting down

my friend is starting to bodybuild. he weights 215 and he wants to know if the workout you gave me is a good workout for that,
the one thats 5 sets going down 20 percent in weight each time all to failure. if not, what would be.

he also wants to know a good diet for bodybuilding.

He works 10 hour days, 4:30 am-3:00 pm ( gets a break at 6:45 am, 8:45 am, 10:45 am and 12:50 pm ) and has class from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm,
so what would he eat and and at what times?

He will be able to fit his meals in according to his own schedule. Basically he is to eat every 3 hours - so it's up to him to make time for that. The clock begins within 1 hour of him waking up. It doesn't have to be precise to the minute, but basically every 2-4 hours eating is required.

Raynor I got a sudden loss of apetite and its really raping me mentally and phisically.

Could barely eat for 2 days ,maybe like 600 cals a day...wasn't sick though and I only lost 2 pounds.

I was thinking that maybe theres something stuck in my stomach and I should take some laxatives.

So should I go for laxatives or do you know what to do?

Sidenote: I can eat like a normal person right now but I'm still missing 1k calories for my bulking diet.
I feel like im starving but as soon as i put food i my mouth i feel so full that ill puke it if i swallow.

Been out of the gym for 4 days now because my left wrist has been bothering me...been icing it regularly and it feels slightly better but one problem has remained...loss of some degrees of flexibility in my middle and ring finger

whenever i close my fingers into a fist on my left hand and slowly reopen them the middle and ring finger lag behind my pinky and pointer finger as i flex them open and then "pop" back to where the other fingers are if that makes sense

theres no real pain when this happens but it feels kinda funny..

what does it mean?! :baby:

Hm...you might have a stomach bug. Don't take any laxitives. Instead I would recommend seeing a doctor.

Drink PLENTY of water, at least 1.5 gals a day.

That sounds almost like a fractured finger....what happened exactly? can you explain the onset as well as the other symptoms (including if there is any swelling)?

no swelling whatsoever the palm side of my wrist was slightly bruised but beyond that there is no real way to tell there is anything wrong with my wrist

as for the onset..i woke up saturday morning with the middle and ring finger flexibility issue i described and my wrist feeling tweaky (i actually went to the gym anyways but left due to my wrist hurting)

Very strange. You may have had an underlying injury before going to bed that night.

Do you feel pain if you press on the knuckles of the joints of those 2 fingers?
