I've used it before, it's pretty good in general....you'd have to use it to see how it works for you. I saw a better recovery when using it vs when I don't

Exactly...you want to do fewer sets and reps with the heavier weight to make a Breakthrough. The 3rd way is proper.

when training twice a day

morning : Chest
night : Bis

Should i have 2 post workout meals?
Or after first workout, i have a 40g protein shake fruit etc
after bis i have 2 can tuna and bread
Shuld be good?

BCAA's are great on cutting cycles. On bulking you generally have enough BCAA's floating around from all the protein you eat and all the shakes you drink.

But on cutting I recommend taking approximately 5g BCAA pre workout and 2.5g every 45 mins during workout and 5g PWO (this can be from the shake)

2 pre workout, 2 post workout (workout days)
2 morning , 2 at night (non workout days)
