was completely new.

it has seemingly gone away.

was only in the left foot.

beats the fuck out of me.

Very strange - but not as uncommon as you'd think. This can happen sometimes after a legs day. Symptoms are sometimes not there for several hours after training....but they can show up several hours delayed. Is it true tendonitis? Maybe, but not likely.

hey raynor,
got a question regarding bulking,
im currently 162 pounds, standing in at 5'10.

im now finding it very hard to gain weight, im honestly getting tired of eating clean every day, the amount of food is just unbearable,
im constantly force feeding my self ( i got a small appitite ), so im wondering should i incorperate cheat meals everyday? would i gain to much fat this way?

cheers m8!

Not necessarily - but you have to remember that there is a good chance that eating excessive carbs/sugar will definitely eventually lead to storing body fat. You are better off eating copious amounts of lean proteins, complex carbs, and good fats.

How to improve apatite? Check out a product called black hole. Also try NOW! Digestive enzymes (take 1x with every meal)

how to tread red tired dry eyes? The cause is computer i guess. The redness doesn't go away even when i sleep 8 hours at night. In the morning they still little bit red. Got some refreshing eye drops but i don't think they are helpful. Maybe for some time but not for long.

Try similisan computer eyes (its an eye drop product but very good for what you are describing).

also try a cool damp cloth over your eyes for 20-30 minutes every 2-3 hours of computer use.

Hey just wondering, how long should I do your hypertrophy routine for?

Almost done with my first week of it

12-16 weeks.

Listen to your body on this one, if after 12 weeks you still are feeling gains, keep going.

It was after a back day which was followed up with my usual hour + of cycling.

Made no sense at all.

I have a question that i seem to be having trouble with.

What's the best way to lose belly fat? My legs / upper body seem fine, just need to figure out how to lose my belly fat.

What should i eat more of, and what should i stay away from? Which activities should i be doing in the gym ( cardio wise etc. )

Lifting heavy weights a good idea?

I don't like it.

The diet is carb heavy and possibly calorie heavy.

Also a preworkout meal of all veggies is no good.

Here is my revamped version:

Meal 1::: protein shake - 1.5 scoops of whey + 1 tbsp natty pb, + handful of blueberries + 1 scoop oats

Meal 2::: grilled salmon, veggies, 1/2 cup brown rice

Meal 3::: 4 oz chicken breast + green veggies (preferably salad) with evoo.

WORKOUT

Meal 4 (PWO)::: Protein shake - 1.5 scoops whey + handful blueberries

Meal 5::: griled salmon , veggies

Meal 6::: 1/2 cup cottage cheese + 1 tbsp peanut butter + cinnamon

You need to go on a cutting cycle. This requires losing body fat all around. Men tend to hold more fat in the stomach than other areas.
