im working almost DOUBLE as hard on the legs than upper body since i started working out, the sad is that i did 60+ minutes cardio (running, crosstraining) in the start, which didnt get me much muscles but insanely hard it was, even harder than how im training legs now with 100 kg squat, all the way down and up 10 reps, 140 kg leg press on lvl 4 seat, 300 kg angled leg press 6 reps. my legs are the tightest in the both towns i live in, not 1 single gr. fat and my leg workouts have shown results if you go in my profile and watch my photos...
