Personally think kerz looks better atm. But you'll surpass him in a short time if you keep progressing how you are.

Me and my buddy did heavy session few days ago, went:

80kg x4
85kg x2
90kg x1
SKIPPED 95, WOULD HAVE BEEN MY MAX, NEXT TIME.
100KG (got half a rep lol)

It went up easy from my chest but stopped like half way which is more triceps right? My scrawn fucking arms. <_<
Almost had dat 2 plate son. Next time I'll get that 95kg and not be greedy. :(

for real? because i know my flat bb bench is over 200 now and i did 275x1 dl, how much can you dl? when i'm fairly confident i can actually get 2 plates i will make a vid for you, i think i'm around 205 right now for bench.


e:/ to zach, we must have some weird ass filters on our eyes or something...

double e:/ but you're competing against someone your age and i have a 30 year old man calling me a stick.

Oh damn you didn't tell me you maxed? I'm sure I could have got 95kg if I went for it (210 or so) but I went for 100kg (225) instead 'cause dat 2 plates.
1rm DL is 150kg (330)

well, we are mighty close right now then. i did 160x10 and then 180x4 with 3 second eccentric portions of the lift. if i didn't go down quite that slow i know i could do 205x1 maybe not 210 though, so you might still have me by a hair.

how the hell do you deadlift that much? angry cat?

Age doesn't matter when all you're doing are comparing pics. The truth is, you are a stick, everyone knows it. Overall his body is a little more developed than yours. But you'll easily pass him up because your goals are completely different.

210 isnt my max yet, thats 95kg which I skipped thinking I'd get 100kg and half repped it. :(

I dunno how my deadlift is that much more being as we're kind of on par, I just guess I'm one of those 'stronger that I look' guys lol.
