Me and my buddy did heavy session few days ago, went:
80kg x4
85kg x2
90kg x1
SKIPPED 95, WOULD HAVE BEEN MY MAX, NEXT TIME.
100KG (got half a rep lol)
It went up easy from my chest but stopped like half way which is more triceps right? My scrawn fucking arms.

Almost had dat 2 plate son. Next time I'll get that 95kg and not be greedy.
