first pic is about a year old, been lifting for about 3-4 months now. just looked through here, need to take a flexing one i look scrawn still compared to you alphas

gained 10-15lbs during 3-4 months

i do chest twice a week actually due to i know i need to work on it, i did abs legit for the first time today. also today was arm day -__- just got back from the gym but okay

i really dont mind the criticism, itd help me. i think i need to switch to bench again instead of db. benched for 3 weeks with a buddy last month and seen more progress. trainer said its good to switch back and forth for 3-4 weeks of each, i just like using dbs and dont need a spot

Do both= profit

Barbell bench press should be the cornerstone of your chest day though

that was a little while ago, but I dont really worry about diet or shit, i eat what I want because I love food.
