So I started taking SciFit Kre-alkalyn about a week ago... I have been taking the proper dosage.. 2 pills pre workout, and 2 pills post workout.. Except today when I took 4 pills post workout, in which I had it with 2 scoops of whey and 2 bananas...

First day I loaded with carbs afterwords... But I have not noticed any difference yet, does it normally take longer than a week for you to start feeling the difference? Is it absolutely necessary to get an insulin spike afterwords?

I honestly feel no different whatsoever during workout or post workout. Help? lol

No insulin spike needed with kre alkalyn....thats only with monohydrate.

The insulin spike is best taken PWO with your shake.

As far as creatine benefits...you should start noticing differences in approximately 2-4 weeks after regular use.

Huh ok.. I just heard of people noticing differences within like 3 days of taking it..

What exactly will I start to notice differently?

Thanks for such a quick response!

taking kre alkalyn and seeing effects 3 days after is a placebo effect for those people.

You will see increased strength and muscle fullness over time.

I'm thinking of maybe splitting my workout up into 2 i.e weight train in the morning before work I have say 1hr 15mins to weigh train and the after work go do my cardio/swimming for an hour or some HIIT this would mean I'm not standing around wasting time getting on equipment as the gym is relatively empty when it opens at 6:30am in the morning, it would however mean me having my breakfast at say 6am and lifting 30 mins later, would that be a problem? Also is there any disadvantage/advantage to doing it this way? It's mainly trying to use what time I have in the best way plus if I've got something to do after work im not missing gym time or having to rush in the evening and it gets busy (gym shuts @ 10pm) or the opposite way round cardio/swimming in the morning and lift in the evening? Although i would prefer to lift on the morning when gym is quiet but not essential.

Thanks for any info.

ZMA is excellent - try NOW! ZMA 3 caps before bed

Orange Triad is an outstanding multi + joint support - take 3x pills 2x a day with meals

Lastly...I stick to optimum nutrition pro complex natural right now - I absolutely love it.

Hey man I'm gonna be looking for a nice mass/strength routine for after my shows. I wanna build some more thick dense muscle on my frame :)

Let me know what good plans you can come up with for me. I'll be following the bulking diet you gave me, after my two shows.
Maybe like a nice 12-16 week program? Then I'll probably do a nice hypertrophy/shaping routine after, like I have been doing.
