Hey Raynor,

Do you have any recommendations to increase hand/grip strength? I am finding I have to stop earlier than I want to during deadlifts/bent over rows in particular because my hands can't handle the weight for very long

Hypertrophy Plan 3-on-1-off (regular)

that is probably best.

No, your skin has nothing to do with this.

If you are truly becoming bloated after eating anything, thats a sign of gastrointestinal distress brought on by unknown factors. In this case it could be gastritis, food allergies, lack of water, excess sodium, or perhaps even something more serious. I would recommend seeing a doctor as soon as you can to discuss this. How severe is the bloating?

My professional opinion is to see a doctor if the bloating happens regardless of whatever food you eat.
