Slimming down, just a few questions

As I am trying to slim down, I'm pretty much strictly doing cardio work at this point, so here's some questions regarding that I guess.

Better to eat before or after cardio?
Better to do it in evening or right in the morning?

If you say eat before the cardio (for the purpose of energy), I don't find myself needing energy as I'm not really tired out from it - if that makes a difference

Hello,
Looking for tips here

Im about 5'8 and im about 160 lbs.
i used to be roughly 230 and have slimmed down and built quite some mass

the only thing i dont like is my stomach area, now when i eat the smallest things my stomach gets super bloated, is there a way i can change that? maybe even get a 6 pack going?

if i like the results after the 8 weeks on shred matrix fat burner, is it bad to switch to a new one since it does say to not use for more than 8 weeks? or are fat burners only meant to be used for a while then the rest of the time be natural on losing fat and keeping it off?

When I do a lot of ab training exercises I find that my groin area and sometimes even my upper quads start to burn and hurt more than my actual abs, is it because these areas are weaker than my abs and cant keep up or am I doing something wrong?

You should never eat immediately before or after cardio.

Instead you should do cardio immediately after waking up, take about 5-10g BCAA, and do 30-45 mins of HIIT cardio. About 30 mins later you can eat.

Also, if you are trying to cut, in addition to the cardio in the morning, you need to be lifting weights regularly. Strength training helps burn a lot more fat than cardio alone.

Do 30-45 mins of weight training several hours later into the day after cardio (whatever time you can).

For added effect do another 20-30 mins of cardio immediately post workout.

if you are "bloating" after eating...it sounds a lot like carbohydrate bloat and/or lactose intolerance. Do you bloat after eating ANYTHING? Or after eating carbs and/or dairy?

using a "fat burner" for 8 weeks is not a requirement. You can use it for as long as you want. I believe in cycling everything for maximum benefit, so after using it for 8 weeks, why don't you take a week off, and then begin using it again.

Depends. If you are maintaining proper form, it's because your abs are weak and transferring some of the load onto your groin and quads to compensate. To prevent this, lower the weight (if training with weight) and focus on slow controlled form. If you are training with bodyweight, maybe do a few less reps and add some more sets.
