Hey Raynor,

What's your take on flexercising? Do you think it directly helps with muscle growth (as in, doing 15-30 minutes of flexing a day... could that directly help growth... or does it only help growth by improving mind-muscle connection?).

And also, how much stretching do you think is enough prior to exercising to prevent injury and maximize productivity. 5 minutes of stretching? More? Just as a general rule on any given day.

i work out in the morning, but on bb.com they say that people have more growth and lose more bf when exercising in the evening.  Should i switch to evenings or stick with mornings when the gym is half empty and there is equipment to use.

Stick to mornings when you prefer to do your workout. There isn't much added benefit to training in the evenings. It's all personal preference.

Flexing is VERY important to increasing muscle density and volume. 15-30 minutes a day would be fantastic to throw into any regime.

It ALSO improves mind muscle connection which in turns maximizes the efficiency of your workouts.

I don't recommend stretching PRIOR to a workout, warmup with light weights and good full motion reps. Stretch in between sets and PWO. 5-10 mins

Would you say that flexercising should be full-body every day, or should it actually be specific muscle groups in the same fashion as a 5-day split? ^_^

Ways of exploding chest growth? My chest lacks really bad compared to everywhere else and I really want to improve it. I've found dumb bell press works a lot better than barbell for me. Do you recommend anything if I want to focus on my chest mainly?

Push ups on a daily basis after every work out or something?

Any thoughts on this work out regiment?

A buddy and me were sick of just winging our workouts so decided to follow this.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-gethin-12-week-daily-trainer-week-1.html

In his supplements he has a TON of things, where I only take:
Pre-workout
Fish Oil
Protein
Multi-vitamin
Creatine

Am I good with this list or will I need to follow his supp guide?
