What are your feelings on weight lifting + cardio in the morning (like 15 minutes after waking up weight lifting, then cardio after)?

Any grip strengthening and finger dexterity exercises that you could advise to make me capable of crushing someone's skull?

hey ray, my shred matrix fat burner pills came in today. I read the warning label and it says to not consume caffeine from other sources. I drink diet green tee daily and noticed that it has caffeine in it. But very little. Should i stay away from it? Could the extra caffeine cause my heart to malfunction?

Edit: Also, can i continue to take my multivitamin and 6 fish oil caps a day? and whey protein and creatine. thanks for any help.

Good. Just take 5-10g BCAA before doing it.

For grip and finger strength you can try a few things...

That thing works remarkably well.

Also you can try using very heavy dumbbells with towels wrapped around the handles to thicken the grip and simply hold them for as long as possible for several sets every other day. This greatly improves hand strength

i work out in the morning, but on bb.com they say that people have more growth and lose more bf when exercising in the evening. Should i switch to evenings or stick with mornings when the gym is half empty and there is equipment to use.
