Pic might not show it well but I'm prety satisfied on pecs and back
I need work on arms tho, but I want to gain weight while keeping a certan definition

Well I'm not really training, I go to gym sometimes but I don't have any routine or such..
Been 2 weeks since I went for last time, I just do alot of sport, but yes I'd like to get mass, but I'm not intersted in taking supplements, I already have a great alimentation and I prefer just having a good training routine that'd work for me..
