yea when i twist to the right, really hurts burning sensation to

Sounds a lot like a pinched nerve. I would recommend that you REST considerably for at least a week. No twisting, pulling, bending, or any other back work whatsoever. Wear a special lifting belt w/ suspenders if you have to do any lifting at work (minimize as much as possible). Also make sure you do NOT work out, and you also stretch lightly each day. Furthermore use ice and aspirin as necessary.

That depends....you can't just have ONE food.

However eggs are cheap and virtually complete minus the lack of carbohydrates.

Wanted to try a Detox diet/get a detox from online/gnc/etc.

Diet would be for probably about 10 days.

If I got it online/from store as like, a colon cleanser or something, I wouldn't care how long it would take.

Any recommendations?

If I was to do your cutting routine(original I've got a gym to use). Should I just 1rm every excercise for a week until I find my max? How should I go about that since I have to find my 80%/60% etc.

Can you whip me together a nice cutting routine for my buddy?
He's been dieting for awhile but starting to plateau.

He's 5'7, 203-205 lbs, 24 years old, really active. He works out 5 days a week and works long hour shifts in a factory.
He's kinda looking for a nice meal plan that will last him throughout the day and somewhat affordable. Maybe 4-5 meals and 2 shakes?
Let me know what you can do.
I'm guessing around 2,500 calories or so? But I honestly have no clue. Lol

Thanks a lot! :)

I need a diet and workout for everyday starting on the 22nd is when i have to loose 10 pounds.
I am 5'4 and weigh 140 atm, i wrestled at 127 LBS last year and i need to make at least 130 LBS.
I have like 15% bf right now or higher, yes im a fatty.
I got 3-4 months to make this cut, im not talking about cutting weight, i want this weight to come off permanently.
I also want fish oil, protein shake, L-Glutamine in the diet some where.
Also want to keep the strength at where it is or get stronger.
Paying a lot if it is right.
Thanks

Hey Raynor, back with another squat related injury :(

After I finished my back squats yesterday I had a very sharp pain on the left side of my back.. I think it's the erector. It would hurt when I would rotate my torso to the right or bend to the right. Also when I would bend down and pick up things with my right hand.

Later in the day it just hurt constantly and there was some swelling.

It's weird because I don't really notice much pain at all today. Wanted to know if you think I'd be ok to lift this week.. if I should take some time off.. see a doctor?

Probably just too concerned but I don't want to end up with an injury that prevents me from training
