you gave me this meal plan a while back for cutting.


meal 1 - 6 eggs + 1/2 grapefruit
meal 2- 1 can tuna + 1 salad
meal 3 - 1x chix breast + broccoli + 1/2 grapefruit
meal 4 - 1x lean steak + string beans
meal 5 - 1x chix breast + green peppers and onions
meal 6 - cottage cheese + cinnamon


What can I change the grapefruit out with, the green peppers, and cottage cheese/cinnamon. I've got casein protein so I figured i could switch that with meal 6.

Could be a pinched nerve which is my best guess based on what you have told me. Does it hurt to twist the back left to right?

Assuming the pain today is the same or worse as yesterday, I highly recommend you get yourself to a chiropractor or sports medicine doctor to have a look at you and go from there.

In the meat time...REST and ICE.

You can swap it out with some green veggies...such as green peppers or spinach.

As far as casein protein for meal 6 that is absolutely fine

I'm not a fan of green peppers or spinach haha, i'm trying to make this diet as easy as possible. Why do you want grapefruit in the diet instead of a banana as an example?

So what could I swap out the green peppers for, and grapefruit. I haven't had grapefruit in a while so Ill have to go pick up one and see what I'm working with.

Try ANY green veggies then of your choice....if you dont like any veggies...you can replace it with half a banana.

Hey there!

Im currently 250 pounds looking to lose about 50 pounds or more by march 1,2012 of next year

i want to be in-taking no more than 2000 cal. a day.

I was wondering if you could help me make a meal plan for me?

i will be taking this Protein shake

* Protein Isolate (vanilla flavor)
* 4 liter container of skim milk
* Banannas ( Peel them, throw them in a ziplock bag, and put in freezer
* Container of Vanilla extract.

Directions
*Scoop 35-40 grams of protein
Cup of skim milk
Frozen Banana
Couple Ice Cubes
Teaspoon of vanilla extract

*Blend it together thoroughly.

*300-350 calories
40 grams of protein
50-ish grams of carbs

(copied from my diet diary on my comp. sorry for useless info on there)

i just would like to know some breakfast lunch and dinner foods that are good for me and that will help me lose weight!
