excellent start...that is totally normal. Just take some time every day to stretch out your legs...after some deep stretching you will be much more limber and able to walk, climb, etc.

hey raynor,

quick question about weight gains again

i gained 11 pounds in 3 months (5'6 ecto 117 lbs --> 128 lbs)..in that time i also went on creatine so i am not sure how to gauge if i am eating enough...i have two questions

1. How much will the water retention from creatine cause you to gain roughly?

2. is that good rate of gain or should i be eating less/more? I'm trying to eat every 2-3 hours but not sure if i need to eat more calorie rich food to up my cals or if i am at a good pace now

Read the directions on the bottle. 2 pills preworkout and 2 pills post workout, alternatively on non-workout days, 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills before bed.

Secondly, as for illegal drugs - I do not recommend the use of ANY illegal drugs including MJ. Please avoid this substance as it could have negative effects on your training, including reduced lung capacity and reduced ability to focus.

Creatine monohydrate can make you gain anywhere from 1-5 lbs of water on average.

As far as diet goes...you need to listen to your body. At your current weight of 128 lbs eco bodytype you want to get approx 3,500 calories a day with at LEAST 200g protein.

Probiotics are excellent for digestive health. I recommend eating 1-2 cups of greek yogurt per day
