Im doing keto atm but im tired of the same meals, so ill try yours, ( theyre similar but not quite the same)

For meal 1, what can i replace green peppers with?

ill stick with casein + 2 tbsp olive oil instead of cottage.
Where is the post workout? IS is the zero carb protein shake? Then you put the cream aside and wait a bit? + is natural peanut butter a good subtitude to the heavy cream
