if cranberry's are acidic, then even cocktail will have some acid, therefor destroying some of the creatine which I do not want.. Correct?
Or would adding water to the cranberry juice do anything? or would it be the same since water has a neutral ph level..
I generally don't advise cranberry juice - grape, apple, apricot, or even exotics like strawberry, watermelon, banana, and other juices (check for these in the refrigerated juice section) are also good. Avoid things like cranberry, grapefruit, orange, kiwi, etc.
