Cranberry would be fine, as long as its cranberry juice cocktail and not pure cranberry juice. Pure cranberry juice is extremely bitter and the acid level can destroy the creatine.

As far as the 5:1 ratio, that would be fine.

Hmmm..... I might just buy some grape juice then....

if cranberry's are acidic, then even cocktail will have some acid, therefor destroying some of the creatine which I do not want.. Correct?

Or would adding water to the cranberry juice do anything? or would it be the same since water has a neutral ph level..

I generally don't advise cranberry juice - grape, apple, apricot, or even exotics like strawberry, watermelon, banana, and other juices (check for these in the refrigerated juice section) are also good. Avoid things like cranberry, grapefruit, orange, kiwi, etc.

Hey Raynor.

I would like to know what you think about BSN's N.O. Explode

Im hitting the gym again tomorow and here's what I plan on taking:

4 x Now Ultra Omega-3s
30g protein shake (0carb, 0sugar, 93% pure) + glutamine (post workout)
BCAA with water pre workout and during workout

Do you think N.O. Explode could be a nice addition to my daily intake?

Is it bad if i eat breakfast but i usually skip dinner because of my weight gainer shakes which kills my appetite?

Hey raynor, im buying a gh enhancer off of bodybuilding.com is there anything else you would recommend that I get if Im wanting to put on lean mass? I want to stay lean but also gain muscle, kind of like i said earlier how i want zyzz physique. thanks for any help.

No.

BSN No Explode is trash. Total and complete BS marketing crap.

It's essentially a ton of artificial sugar, colors, and flavors with magnesium and some creatine/caffeine/arginine.

As you know, arginine + caffeine is useless...caffeine overrides the total effects of the arginine. Also the creatine is subpar at best - get yourself a few cups of black coffee for pre workout and some sci fit kre alkalyn for PWO.

If you're trying to bulk up and you're a hardgainer, you need to be eating as much as possible regardless of appetite.

If you are gaining properly, then it isn't a problem.

don't waste your money on HGH enhancers...they are all BS.

I just saw that peanuts have quite good nutrition-things.

I think I will eat 50 grams of it everyday, that's 300 calories, 14 g protein, and carbs - perfect as I'm quite a hardgainer, and need more calories I think!

When should I eat these?

Currently I have eaten those before bedtime + cottage cheese + milk, because I felt like I needed more calories? ^^

Well, is it good to eat it with my cottage cheese and milk? :)
