If i do the Standing DB curls but i don't have the bar for the Barbell Curls do i just skip it or you have another thing i got replace it by?

You can use any type of curl machine or you can attach a straight bar to the cables and do it there.

thanks, for this supplement http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/un/vegetablegreens.html , it says take 1 scoop once a day, do you think if i exceed 1 scoop maybe 2-3 a day , most likey 1-2 there would be a negative effect? also how is their an expiration if i order 2 of them itll take a while to finish , will they go bad ?

It wont hurt you to take more.

The expiration should be around 2-4 months

what exactly would happen if i did that rippletoes or w/e 5x5 plan for strength , but did boxing and other cardio? my goal is to tighten up and knock off the rest of the fat i have would it work if i worked out and it would just gradually lose weight and gain muscle ? or what? keep cutting until im toned ? im already like 167-170 from 220 and im still "fat" (chubby) and still find it unnappealing but i want to gain muscle and tone .....

You could do that, but make sure to get proper nutrition especially on the 5x5 days. It won't be very effective but you may see some fat loss and muscle gain gradually.

proper nutrition on the 5x5 day like what exactly? high amount of protein?

Hey Raynor,

I want to eat more clean but I want to cleanse first.

I was wondering if there is a good cleanse that is reasonably priced and that can get me feeling better overall but not cost me a ton of my muscle.

edit:

I will be working out and training heavily during this. If I can't do this during a cleanse then I can't cleanse unfortunately.
