I have only weight from 3-5-10-15 Lbs and a machine that do 10 to 100 Lbs
Nothing really great but i can't drive to a gym yet so can it be like
First 3lbs then 15 then 10 then 5 and stay at 5?
Oh and warmup set is wut?
How many Reps and weight?
