any idea of training for a tennis player that have machine and some weight but no bench press ^^ thx your a baws

ive been bulking for far too long packing on plenty of muscle while doing a clean bulk. can i have a link to infoz on how to do a baws cut? thx bro .

Do i need to be exact at this
I have only weight from 3-5-10-15 Lbs and a machine that do 10 to 100 Lbs
Nothing really great but i can't drive to a gym yet so can it be like
First 3lbs then 15 then 10 then 5 and stay at 5?
Oh and warmup set is wut?
How many Reps and weight?

You don't have to be "exact" just try to do your best.

as far as warmup sets go...try to just do a quick warmup of low weight and around 15 reps to just prepare your muscles for the coming onslaught.

i have a hemeroid thats outside of my anus , its been there for a while now and from time to time itll shrink down and lose its soft firmness and then become soft firm here and there, sometimes it causes me too bleed but usually its quite painless, however i noticed another bump its smaller and firmer and is actually painful, painful enough to cause discomfort not really a agonizing pain , is this a hemeroid too? also what can i do to make this one go away or some shit ?
