Today I deadlifted - and maxed.

When I went in the bathroom to clean up after I noticed blood on my shirt. It looks like I had been bleeding around my belly-button area, should I worry?

That's very unusual...bleeding from the belly button? Where was the bleeding coming from? Inside the belly button? Or could you find a tear in the skin on the surface?

It was more inside the belly button

Did you actually see the cut itself?

Is there a possibility that you scraped the bar across your stomach during training which caused the cut?

Or is this too deep for it to have been something like that?

If so, there is a possibility that in the course of doing deadlifts you are putting too much strain on your core and not enough on your back. How is your form? If you are bearing down on your stomach with each rep and squeezing your abs violently, you can actually stretch the skin to the point where it cracks and can tear. However I don't think this is the case here.

Have you ever had bleeding there before?

Never had bleeding before. My form is pretty good. I put most strain on my lower back. I was maxing - so I guess it is possible I put too much strain on the skin. I guess i'll have to just becareful next time.

Hey Raynor, just wanted you to look at my current supplement list and see if there's anything you think I should add, remove, or change.

Multi - Orange Triad - 3 pills, 2 times a day
Vit C - NOW! C-1000 - 5 pills, 1 every couple hours
Vit D - NOW! 5000iu - 1 in the morning
Fish Oil - NOW! Super Omega 369 - How many of these should I take? (Ive heard over 3g of Omega 3s per day can be bad, is this valid?) --- Ive been on ON brand taking 2 pills 3 times daily, switching to NOW! Super next week

started taking melatonine ...is it supposed to make my dream rememberabler? I used to remember nothing i dream since i started taking it..

indeed, be careful. If you have the proper again, STOP immediately. You may have to see a doctor if it gets worse or happens again.
